If you’re looking for somewhere in Dublin where you can get hands-on experience with guitars, Waltons is the place to go. You won’t find anywhere else in the city with the same range of acoustic and electric guitars, although if you’re looking for other instruments you might find them a little lacking. They’ve got a nice selection of pianos, a corner for violins, a couple of cellos, a single double bass, and a smattering of other things, but if you want to go and browse a selection of brass instruments you’re probably going to be flat out of luck. If you’re looking for a guitar you’d probably be better heading to the Waltons on the Northside as they have a better selection, but these guys have more pianos and drums, so it’s all swings and roundabouts, really.

Always a great place to duck into when it’s raining, though, because you can mess around and play with them for as long as you like!
