Not a bad old spot for the athletically-inclined. The weights area is large, and there's all sorts of machines for whatever you're into. You'll always have enough space in the pool, the (always clean) changing areas are just refurbished
and the sandwiches aren't bad either!
That said, it's not cheap but I'd call it good value given the facilities on offer
