Received an order 50 mins after placing it, food was cold on arrival, rang to complain straight away as driver had already gone, only to be told I have to wait for driver to collect food, return to shop, have new order sent out & when I asked how long I will be waiting the female staff member would not tell me how long I will be waiting. I told her I wanted a refund ASAP as the takeaway was for a birthday party of 8 people and it was already 6.50pm that I made complaint. Her phone manner was disgraceful, she was becoming quite angry when I kept asking how long I will be left waiting for HOT food to arrive. She would not get manager on phone after I was insisting on refund, then she told me I would get a refund and that they will never deliver to my address again! I was a regular customer and this was only complaint I ever made to this takeaway. Waited a half hour for driver to return with refund, no sign, so rang the shop again. She told me the driver would be another hour!!!! She finally got manager on phone who said I could have €10 off my next delivery! When I explained to him I will not be ordering from them again due to this particular bad service but also because the female staff member aggressively told me that they will never deliver to me again, he claimed that she did not say this! Eventually driver returned with refund and I finally received hot takeaway from a different takeaway. Never again.
