Great irish and international teachers and a huge variety of classes. Lou's prenatal course helped me to feel energetic even on the most exhausting days of my pregnancy and the breath work really helped with my labour. My new little one and I really enjoyed Saffron's baby massage course and the techniques really came in handy when he had tummy troubles. When my postnatal body was ready, I returned to Dave's powerful and intelligent level 3 class. Great stuff. Classes can be busy. Booking is a good idea.
Lovely clean studio, lots of classes and very good teachers. They also offer treatments there. I had a course of acupuncture and found it fantastic.
Great variety of classes and brilliant teachers. Really easy to get to as both studios are on the Luas line.
