I have just came across your review and am very sorry to hear of your experience - I am at a loss as to why you did not receive the treatment as advertised. Can I ask was this a deal from a group buying 'deals' site? - as this will help me narrow down the dates and find out what happened.

I had a voucher for an hour-long Guinot Hydradermie Facial and back massage in Yvonne Collins Beauty Salon and used it yesterday. My facial lasted for about 40 minutes and and to my big surprise Dermalogica products were used instead of Guinot products. My back massage lasted less than 10 minutes. Feel cheated and would not recommend this place to anyone.
My friend was getting facials here for her wedding, her skin was Amazing afterwards. Really glowing. I have booked twice here but something has always come up, cant wait until I finally get in for mine!
